Shout! Studios Acquires Gravitas Ventures

Salem Partners, LLC (“Salem”) is pleased to announce that it acted as the exclusive financial and investment banking advisor to Anthem Sports & Entertainment and Gravitas Ventures (“Gravitas”) in the sale of Gravitas to Shout! Studios (“Shout!”), a leader in independent film and TV distribution.

Led by Salem Managing Director Ivar Combrinck, the transaction marks a significant strategic combination in the independent distribution landscape. With the acquisition of Gravitas, Shout! adds one of North America's largest and most diverse libraries of independent film to its portfolio, encompassing over 3,300 titles and significantly expanding its reach in the global marketplace.
