Situation 
Brothers Michael and Paul Palmer are repeat entrepreneurs with extensive experience in enterprise software, device technology and networking.
Salem Partners was introduced to the pair in 2000, when they were running ClearOrbit, Inc., a successful Austin-based supply chain software company.
The Palmers left ClearOrbit in 2004 to establish SigmaTrak, a supply chain integration company.

Salem Partners acted as exclusive placement agent for both ClearOrbit and SigmaTrak in their institutional private equity rounds.
Salem Partners advised the Palmers in the sale of a portion of their ClearOrbit holdings to investors.
